Plum Blossom is founded by Mairead Cavanagh, a researcher with over 20 years experience in qualitative and quantitative methods in the social sciences. Mairead is a highly organized and dedicated Policy and Research Analyst with expertise in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis along with sound knowledge of Research Design, Public Policy, Social Policy, Sociology and Social and Political Theory. She is in the final stages of completing her Ph.D. in Public and Health Policy.
